Thames Water

Winter is one of the most important seasons for water companies and Thames Water was no exception. Their ‘Be Winter Ready’ campaign was one which encouraged two crucial outcomes: reducing water wastage in winter and improving the safety of its customers and their homes.

A work-intensive campaign, with a process featuring moodboard flowcharts, animation, sound design, voiceover copywriting and more. 

The outcome was a two-part video series which reinforced the necessity of following the correct preparation procedure for winter, whilst maintaining an approachable tone which resonated with customers, rather than commanding them, to improve the perception of the message.
